Contest Rules:

Must be 18 years of age to enter.
Open to all varieties of music. Must be a karaoke disc. Bringing your own disc is fine as long as it is a karaoke disc. Absolutely no X-rated music will be permitted.
Only singles or duos will be accepted for competition. You may qualify as a single or as part of a duo, but NOT both.
Qualifying rounds will be held at the above establishments from June 16^th through July 10, 2007. In house finals being held that final week.
Contestant may qualify at only one of the above establishments.
Each establishment will send 10 semi-finalists on to semi-final competition, which will be held at the Barry County Fair.
All semi-finalists who qualify must be present on the appropriate nights of competition. The semi-final round to be held on July 17, and the final round on July 19^th. Competition will start promptly at 7:00pm each night.
Order of semi-final and final competition will be determined by draw. All contestants will perform two (2) songs for final competition.
Any props used in competition must be carried on stage and set up instantly by contestant. No set up time will be allowed between contestants.
All judge’s decisions are final.

Sponsors of this contest reserve the right to alter any part of the contest promotion without prior notice and are not responsible for any damages consequential for otherwise resulting from participation in any part of this county fair promotion. Contestants agree to abide by the rules set or amended by the Barry County Fair. All taxes, gratuities, etc. are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
